Uhh I have a few things to say :
\o/ :)
Why no drones , there are 2 specialized drone cruisers and way more cruisers that get some extra DPS from drones . Its above me to understand why you can't use them ...
You can't launch dictor spheres in highsec.....
It will be very difficult to make sure everyone has agro on everyone . A lowsec safespot would thus be better .... ?
What is your opinion about ECM, or other E-war ? What is your opinion about cloaks ?

ok, we could forget the spheres i overlooked the low sec only part of that, NO STEALTH as it is a combat event not hide and seek, e-war will be encouraged and the no drones rule is because some t2 drones can take out frigates in seconds. i will create a new corp so participants can "fleet up" to join, so the comp can be safely held in high sec.
Tech one ships only if you dont mind.

well, you'd have to do that at an unarmed Pos . Posses don't really like people shooting eachother . The pos gamemechanics are a bit weird ......alltough it won't pod you ! :P
The only really practicle thing I can think of is a quite lowsec safespot . If combatants pod someone they will be disqualified , spectaters shouldn't be armed .
If someone keeps an eye on local everyone should be fine.
